Stopped at the dealership to schedule a routine oil change. The check engine light was on in my 2025 Chevy Silverado with 6700 miles. A scan was completed at the dealership and I was told the fuel pump sensor was bad. I scheduled an appointment for one week later. I dropped my truck off on Sunday evening for a Monday afternoon appointment. I was notified Monday afternoon that my truck would not be ready as parts needed to be ordered. On Tuesday afternoon I contacted the dealership at approximately 2 o’clock for an update. I was again told my truck would not be ready due to a delay in the part delivery. I understand this was due to a snowstorm, and there are things that happen that are unavoidable. I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication which the dealership acknowledged and apologized for. I was notified Wednesday morning that my truck was completed and ready for pick up. I picked my truck up from the dealership at approximately 4 PM. I then had to wait more than 15 minutes for the bill to be corrected as this was my first oil change, and I should not have been charged. I was very discouraged when I took possession of my vehicle and found that it had not been washed. I understand I did not specifically request this service, however, I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership as well as a company vehicle and they always wash the vehicle at the completion of a service visit. I have worked with Ben Bissett Chevrolet for many years and always have a great experience. It is my hope that this visit was an exception to the fantastic customer service I typically experience here.

From Start to Finish this dealership provided excellent customer service. Ben Jr was awesome! He answered all my questions- always in a timely manner. Taylor made the finance/signature quick and easy. This dealership definitely valued their customers. Hands down incredible! I highly recommend
